The material taught has been successfully used by military, law enforcement and concerned citizens around the world. Tactics focus on the use of proper body mechanics and mindset instead of pure strength in order to insure the greatest number of citizens can use the material during an actual hostile encounter.
Tactics covered include:

  • How to recognize and avoid an attack;
  • How to get off the ground if knocked down;
  • How to get an attacker off of you while on the ground;
  • How to strike an attacker in a manner that quickly ends an assault;
  • How to create a window of opportunity to escape an attack once it has started.

This course can also be taught in a women’s only format if desired.
