Unarmed Self Defense
The Unarmed Self Defense course is designed to provide students with the tools and tactics needed to recognize and overcome hostile encounters they may face in today’s turbulent society.
The material taught has been successfully used by military, law enforcement and concerned citizens around the world. Tactics focus on the use of proper body mechanics and mindset instead of pure strength in order to insure the greatest number of citizens can use the material during an actual hostile encounter.
Tactics covered include:
- How to recognize and avoid an attack;
- How to get off the ground if knocked down;
- How to get an attacker off of you while on the ground;
- How to strike an attacker in a manner that quickly ends an assault;
- How to create a window of opportunity to escape an attack once it has started.
This course can also be taught in a women’s only format if desired.
NRA Refuse to be a Victim
The NRA Refuse To Be A Victim is a three to four hour seminar geared toward awareness and prevention of criminal confrontations. Topics include home, automobile, personal and Internet security.
The seminar is not about guns, nor is it about joining the NRA. It simply provides participants with the information needed to minimize their chances of criminal attack. Refuse To Be A Victim is a co-ed program, although seminars for women only may be scheduled.
